We’re here to make sure your order reaches you safely, quickly, and with care. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your products:

How We Deliver

  • Once you place an order, we carefully check each product to ensure it’s in perfect condition.
  • After a final quality check, we pack your items securely and hand them over to our trusted delivery partners within 24 hours.
  • Our delivery partners will bring your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. If they have trouble finding your address or face any delays, they may give you a quick call. You may contact them directly or reach out to us through our support panel.

Shipping Charges

  • A flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies to all orders.

International Shipping

  • Yes, we ship internationally!
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and any other applicable charges as per your country’s laws will be included in your final invoice and paid by us to the authorities.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

  • We wrap your products in paper and pack them in sturdy cartons to keep them safe during transit. A small packaging fee of ₹30 applies.
  • We avoid using plastic as much as possible—because we care about the planet too.

Tracking Your Order

  • As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a message with your tracking number and the courier’s name.
  • You can check your order status 24 hours after it leaves our warehouse.
  • Track your order anytime using the tracking ID provided.

Delivery Timelines

  • We usually ship orders within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Delivery within Maharashtra: 2–4 business days
  • Delivery across India: 5–7 business days
  • During large sale events, dispatch might take a bit longer due to high demand.

Note: Sometimes, delays can happen due to weather, strikes, or other unexpected events. While we do our best to keep you informed, we can’t offer cancellations or refunds for such delays beyond our control.

Multiple Shipments

  • If your order includes multiple items, they might arrive in separate packages.

Order Completion

An order is considered complete once successfully delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase. Delivery is confirmed through either:

  • A delivery confirmation from our logistics partner, or
  • Verification via a Delivery Acceptance Code or valid ID, as applicable.

Once an order is marked as delivered, Verve 3 is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur thereafter.
