  • Refunds are not applicable for the following natural variations in our water blends:
    • Slight differences in color, texture, or appearance.
    • Natural changes in color or clarity over time.
    • Variances in taste or aroma due to seasonal or natural factors.
  • Customers are advised to carefully read product descriptions before purchasing.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Used or tampered products.
  • Products purchased during sales or promotional offers.
  • Gift cards or digital products.

Return and Refund Policy for Non-consumable Products:

  • Handmade products are non-refundable unless received damaged or defective.
  • Requests must be initiated within 7 days with photographic evidence.
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.

Process for Requesting a Refund:

    • Proof of purchase
    • Four images of the product:
      • Front of the product with product name
      • Back of the product
      • Outer box packaging
  2. Our team will review and respond within 5 business days.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Replacement Option:

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, please mention it in your request. Replacements depend on product availability.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or defective.

Exceptions:
