Eligibility for Cancellation:
- Cancellation request will be accepted only before the product is dispatched.
- Once the product is dispatched, the “Cancellation” option will no longer be available.
Eligibility for Refunds: For Water Blends
- Refunds are applicable only to unused and in original packaging.
- If packaging is open and product found unfit for consumption.
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of the delivery date, as per tracking.
- Refunds only apply to items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- Refunds are not applicable for the following natural variations in our water blends:
- Slight differences in colour, texture, or appearance of ingredients.
- Natural changes in colour or clarity over time in infusion.
- Variances in taste or aroma due to seasonal or natural factors.
- Customers are advised to carefully read product descriptions before purchasing.
Eligibility for Refund: For Non-consumable Products
- Handmade products are non-refundable unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- Products must be unused and in original packaging.
- Our products are handmade, and as such, slight variations in colour, texture, or form may naturally occur. These subtle differences reflect the authenticity of artisan craftsmanship and shall not be considered valid grounds for refund.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Any products purchased during sales or promotional offers.
- Gift cards or digital products.
- In case of consumable products – once the product is opened and tried, it cannot be refunded.
- Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
Process for Requesting a Refund:
- Email our Customer Support team at support@vervethree.com with:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Five images of the product:
- Front of the product with product name
- Back of the product
- Outer box packaging
- For consumable products: Internal image if packaging open and found unfit for consumption.
- For non-consumable products: Video of opening from original packaging and images of damage observed.
- Our team will review and respond within 5 business days.
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exceptions:
For special cases like bulk orders or subscription services, please contact us at support@vervethree.com. Verve 3 reserves the right to refuse refunds or delay refunds for such orders by 3–6 months.
